For all new prescriptions patients must come into the Pharmacy or have your Doctor's office fax and/or mail the prescription.
Rx Refill does not apply to Medical Equipment and Medical Supply prescriptions. Please contact a Medical Equipment CSR by phone, fax, or email in order to receive your equipment or supplies.
